About the Author
J.S Farmer grew up in South Windsor, Connecticut. She studied criminology and psychology at Central Connecticut State University. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree, she became a police officer, spending seven years on the force. After earning her master’s degree in national security and public safety at The University of New Haven, she went on to work for a defense contractor as a government secuity analyst.
J.S Farmer now resides in northeast Florida with her husband, two daughters, and dog Jackson. She is a professor of Criminology at Flagler College.
Her favorite place is the beach, where she enjoys searching for shark teeth and relaxing in the Florida sun.
